It could be linked to many reasons:

- Enjoyment of variety
- Lack of self-esteem
- Short attention-span
- Inability to commit
- Pleasurable techniques ...

Don't nobody care to be honest. If that's what pleases you, then good for you. Those questions are strange because I think that you seem to take pride in being a womanizer and show off the fact that you get laid a lot. In reality, you could very well be trying to fill a void of some sort.
