"there was no blood" is irrelevant.
HIV can be transmitted via sexual contact and whether or not there is any blood makes no difference. HIV is transmitted as a result of exchange of bodily fluids. You can go to the CDC website if you are unclear about this.

I hope you're taking the right steps to get yourself tested and further educated.

Was this recent? Get a prescription for post-exposure prophylaxis. But you must do so within 72 hours of having sex and take the prescription for 30 days.
