I knew a couple who were both morally bankrupt. So they fit together really well. Their marriage worked bc they both took glee in fleecing other people.
I'm not sure but I believe she is referring to Eva Braun. It is pretty well known they were more than acquaintances.

From what I have read in a few different places, she was his mistress for years before they finally married. Unless I read wrong, or from places that gave wrong info. But she's referred to as being his mistress of 12 years, then later his wife.

There is a prevalent attitude on this forum of doing As Little As Humanly Possible to "get" some basic subsistence. How to I "get" a girl/boy. Do I "have" to have a job? Do I "have" to have ethics? Who does not want a nice, rich life? What the hell? Do these people have no pride in themselves?

You are right. She was his mistress for years and they married in a bunker in Berlin right before they killed themselves. The were married for a total of 40 hours before killing themselves. Hitler stayed a single man as a political move because he thought being married would decrease his attraction to women. That didn't matter so much as the Red Army closed in on Berlin, so they finally married.

Well when people like Donald Trump make a life of being a jerk and immoral and ends up a millionaire and potentially the president (God help us if he wins.) Of course, people are going to say integrity how do I get mine, bottom line?
