If a man is single, do you feel it's appropriate for him to ask a woman who's a friend (who's also single to the best of his knowledge) for a kiss?

Personally I don't feel it's appropriate to ask anyone for a kiss. If you want to kiss someone, do it. Don't ask permission first.

The exception would be if it's your brother-in-law on New Year's Eve.

I'm not sure why he would want to do this. What does he expect from this? Why does he want to kiss some random female friend?

If you think she has something for you romantically then go for it. But DONT ask for permission as that's as off putting as I can think of.

But if she's just a friend then why?

No. If a man is single and wants to take his friendship with a single woman to another level, he asks for a date.

Good grief.
