If you are *really* looking forward to the date that is great but you are already in negative mode because she has not responded to a text. People do have responsibilities and life they have to tend to and cannot be stuck to their texting device. Personally I do not like to text, call me when you can talk otherwise our conversation can wait.
I'm not from english speaking country, so sorry for making mistakes. I don't make them in my native language...

I've got a feeling she's about to cancel the date because she didn't respond to my text today however we had realy, realy fun conversation through texts yesterday. She responded to all of my texts so far.
Could be the reason she didnt respond because I saw her in town today when she was walking by, but didn't see me, so I just poked her on the shoulder, smiled and walked in my direction. She might thought I was too shy to talk to her but in fact I just tried to flirt. It turned out as a very bad first impression if she thought I'm too shy.
Tomorrow I'll send her text like: I'll pick you up at 8pm at (place we arranged).---just to remind her. What should I add here to impress her and making good chances she won't cancel?
Is there anything else I can do? You know a little, not needy think to impress her?
You're not insecure at all. You know, she's likely at work.
Here's a great idea. Instead of texting, try calling. Texting is for the emotionally undeveloped. With a phone call, her tone of voice will tell you a great deal.
