I think part of the reason for the differences are that women can get a STD and it render her unable to have children OR just have to have a C section rather then a normal, vaginal birth.
Men can get the same STD and have no symptoms at all, it certainly doesn't render them unable to have children.
Not too mention the link between cervical cancer and multiple sexual partners.
While procedures such as laser removal of the cervix can take care of the problem (it regenerates on its own), it sometimes regenerates but is unable to support a pregnancy.
If I know man for two week I trust and do not use these condom because do not feel good. Why do you have sex with condom if you know man? I would chose women over this men if I have use condom. You chose good man after looking at him and body you tell if he good.

Two weeks does not justify knowing a man. Watch out for those crabs! And HIV, and Gonorrhea, and syphilis, and all the other wonderful, I trust you after two weeks diseases.
Good luck with that!
The woman could have been with the man and have caught the very same disease...
Hiv comes from bodily secretions and does not discriminate.
