Probably C. I won't totally discount B, but there would have to be something VERY special happening between us for me to feel that way.

Not only does he commit adultery, but he has unprotected sex. Not only unprotected sex, but unprotected sex in a foreign country with what is very most likely to be a prostitute.

Unless your fondest dream is to come down with AIDS or the zika virus or some other difficult and unpleasant venereal disease, dump the guy immediately. He has no concern for his partner's health or happiness.

End the relationship of course. If someone can't stay faithful for a short period of time in the long run they are going to be a waste of time. I don't like anyone that much to put up with that kind on nonsense. Totally agree with the unprotect sex comment above. You value your health that little that is your business ... you put me at risk now you got to get kicked to the curb.
