i agree with you 100% because personally i have a big butt, thighs, and hips, dont get me wrong im not fat but you dont find a white girl wit a big butt, thighs, and hips everyday, and black men love that! white men make me self conscience as a black man makes me feel confident. Well anyway, remember that women think very differently than men do in the dating game. If you are trying too hard and flirting with an emphasis on telling them how sexy they (the white women) are, you may be scaring them off. If it's a longterm girlfriend that you want, you need to connect with them on a more romantic level. Slow down your approach so they can get to know you as a person first. Be more like a gentleman and not some black sex machine. Most white women are not going to be like carrot juice, and if you want a real girlfriend and not some one night stand, you got to go slow. If it helps, try to act more like a white guy in how you approach a white woman. Think of the character that Will Smith played in Six Degrees of Separation. Guys that came onto me and right off told me how sexy I was or how my smooth Asian skin was to touch really creeped me out in a big way. But guys going slow and letting us have a chance to get to know each other as people and friends first have a much better chance with me. And when two people are coming from two very different cultures or backgrounds, it's very important to find the common ground between them.

The real question was is interracial relationships really hard work. Me...having never been in an interracial relationship...cannot answer this question. But I'd guess that if 2 persons of different races clicked...I can't see it being any harder than a same race relationship. I'm sure either situation has the good days and bad.
