Being in one- I will offer this advice: YES they are hard work. Any relationship is hard work and this just adds more stuff to it. That is why they have a divorce rate twice what other marriages have. If ALL the OTHER things between you and a potential mate add up (religion, socio economic background, politics, interest, culture), you can probably make it work if you really try. Love does not conquer all as some people believe.

Do white girls find black guys attractive for the most part?

This white woman finds certain men to be attractive, not a certain race. I could never imagine putting "attractive" in a black box or white box or any other racially exclusive box and limiting my choices to only one.The qualities I find "hot" can be found in men of all different colors.

And as stated before. All relationships worth having= work.

They are totally hot, in shape, great bodies, and lots of fun to be around. They know how to dance. Plus, when they are 50, they still look 30. Even better, they don't care if you put on weight or have a big butt. They find a little extra flesh to be very sensual, and encourage it!

Black dudes are way better than white ones. Most women are catching on to this, finally.

Haha..drop the crack pipe Jumbo pleasse. You can try justifying it all you want.
When will they start taking care of their kids by five other women? For your info, like 90 % of black kids grow up with NO fathers in their lives. Is that your future?

Black guys are human, just like the men from other races. And as humans, black men come in all heights, shapes and sizes. Not every black man is buff and hot looking as Denzel Washington. And would you consider Chris Tucker to have a built body? By the same token, not every white man is Brad Pitt. Not every Hispanic man is Jimmy Smits. Not every Asian man is a Bruce Lee. And black men can age poorly too. What about Danny Glover or Morgan Freeman? They still are very cool people, but I wouldn't consider them hotties.

Let's be real here and not make wild generalizations either way. I think that we'd all be a happier society if we didn't place such a high regard for those who are young and with perfect face and bodies. And if we aren't having fun and the time of our lives all of the time, then we think our lives dull and boring. But what's wrong with living an honest productive life and getting great satisfaction from that? And I don't mind the extra lines on my face as I age as long as they are laugh lines and not ones from frowning. As a whole, we are currently such a shallow society.

Only those who are comfortable with themselves, open to new experiences, non-judgmental, versatile, and dynamic enough to match the depth, versatility, character, and incredible range of many black men. When you're dealing with black men (or black women) for the most part, you're dealing with depth. This water is too deep for some.

WTF? So in your opinion, black people are the deeper people than any other race? How do you figure that? And since you bring up character, how can you consider that black men have so much character if 65% of black children aren't being raised by their fathers?

I am only raising this point because you are illogically saying that all black people, particularly the men have fine such character and depth. And you are also saying that black people are better quality people than those of other races. Again, I say let's all be realistic and stop putting one race on some silly pedestal. People are just people, no matter what the colour of their skin. There are good and bad quality people of all skin colours and cultures. Stop being racist.

Please people! Just because 65-70% percent of black children are born to single parent housholds DOES NOT mean that 65-70% of black children do not have relationships with their fathers and are not being raised by them. It only proves that the parents are not married to each other.

Actually, it is a fact that most black children lack a male parental figure in their lives. They don't call them "absentee fathers" for no reason. Read this whole article (it's a long article) here for a start:

Dads in the ‘Hood by Kay S. Hymowitz, City Journal Autumn 2004

Quote:
A 2001 survey by CBS News and BET.com, a website affiliated with the Black Entertainment Television network, found that 92 percent of African-American respondents agreed that absentee fathers are a serious problem.
Quote:
Not that this celebration of fatherhood is universal in the ghetto. Andrews says that when he explains the poverty and psychological problems that fatherless children suffer at disproportionate rates, some young men say, "I never thought about that." Others listen suspiciously and counter, "I didn't have a father, and I came out okay"—that is, until Andrews points out that that's a prison record in their file, not an honor-roll certificate.

But indifference of this sort is going out of style, as ghetto dwellers have begun to take stock—in their high schools, housing projects, and streets—of the disastrous results of the previous decades of father absence. For the hip-hop generation that grew up at the height of the crack epidemic, when so many of their elders vanished into underclass hell, rage at deadbeat dads has become a kind of primal scream. In 2001, BET.com encouraged visitors to post Father's Day greetings. Organizers assumed that they would see a Hallmark fest of "I love you" or "I miss you." Instead they got a "venting session": "I hate you," "To all my deadbeat dads out there, I just want to say, thanks for nothing," and "That bastard forgot that I even existed," contributors railed.
