Sure.

We dropped the "WB" probably 8 or 10 years ago.

I just tell women I date the truth:
That she calls me her "Gay friend who isn't gay" and not one has had an issue with it.

No...the benefits end, the friendship remains. And let's face it, lots of time the relationship will end so you look up the FWB again to see if they're free too.

What about if it was agreed from both sides that this was okay to remain friends. Then one of the people in the relationship actually does end up sleeping with an old FWB. Now, that situation was handled, they are no longer friends, and both of you and your significant other have moved on in ya'll relationship. Would it still be okay to have old FWB hanging around, even though they keep saying they are only friends and will remain friends? Would this be grounds to break up?

My FWB were very select people in my life..... they wouldn't allow it to happen even in a time of "weakness" knowingly to hurt my relationship with my wife.

friend at least mine... simply do not do that to other friends.

We were friends well before sleeping each other.... and will remain friends even after we decide it was time to stop sleeping with each other. If we could not respect that.... then we were never friends to begin with.

I don't have FB.... it simply wasn't who I am....

Where do you find women who would give sex after you say they are not good enough for real rls? Some women really need self-respection course...

It all depends on if your SO knows that the friend used to give you "benefits."

Huh?? The situation was handled? Which situation?

Usually sleeping with someone else is grounds for something ...

Well, if I'm following what you're saying, there was cheating involved. So the relationship, I would think, would likely end.

As in things were worked out.. We don't live in a prefect world, many people cheat and many people work things out. It was not a quick fix, but one that took several months and years, and conversations, and counseling, and break ups and re-connections. In other words, "something" did come about with the infidelity situation. And after some time apart, there was a reconnection. Now they are in the same boat prior to reconnecting.

It's a fiction. You can't bump uglies with someone on a semi-regular basis without someone getting emotionally involved.
