It was another case where she looked different than she did in her pics.
We chatted for about an hour, had a drink, and that was it.
She admitted she was uncomfortable and this is only her second date after her 10 year marriage ended. She was tired and seemed depressed right off the bat.... complained about her job, having to attend a family gathering this weekend, complained about money. She said she is recently divorced and is staying with some relatives and complaining about that. By the end of the date, I was feeling pretty drained.
There was no spark on my end and I don't think there was on her end (at least I hope not).

If she wanted to google you, the easiest way is to right click on your pictures and 'search google for this image'. I find a lot of people's Facebook accounts that way. 99% of the time, they are exactly who they said they are. Only once did I find a smoking gun, which I would have figured out at our first meet anyway.
Is there something she could find that you don't want her to see?
Why would you be afraid of this random woman stalking you? You realize that doesn't happen often, right?
Meeting is the point of the whole activity. She shouldn't have to push. You should move from first contact to first date within two weeks, tops.
Wow! That was the most helpful thing I have ever found on CityData! I never knew about that lol. Good tip =)
At least we didn't spend another week sending each other messages.
She said prior to the date she is open to being friends, acquaintances, etc as well...the last thing I need is someone else that wants to unload all their problems on me. I deal with enough people like that as it is.
Hard to believe you've done this before, OP. I cant fathom any woman (who isn't on drugs) meeting a total stranger without knowing at least his name and a little bit about him.
Exactly.
Him: I don't want to give you my name
Me to self: Ok crazy guy, not going out with YOU

Honestly? Yes. Not extremely obese but overweight. I couldn't really tell how much based on what she was wearing.
In her pictures were they just neck up, or old pictures?
