I saw my friend's boyfriend cheating on her with another woman this afternoon at a local restaurant. He was kissing her. This is the second time I saw him doing this at the diner. I don't know what to do. Should I tell her, or keep it secret?

Keep it a secret?

You are her friend, correct?

Better tell her about his shenanigans stat.

If she's really your friend - not just a Facebook friend, for instance - yes, you should tell her. Be prepared for her to not believe you or to make excuses.

Here is how I see it with these cases.

You tell her:
She could react negatively by accusing you of lying/the situation blows up and you get mixed in with a bunch of drama.

OR

She could react positively and talk to her boyfriend about it.

You don't tell her:
She continues to stay with him and be deceived, and deal with worse heart ache down the road. She finds out you knew about it, then she'll be ticked at you.

You have to make the call.

Yeah, problem is... its your word against his, and when it comes to a potential broken heart, denial can be strong.

We live in a world of smart phones with 12mega pixels and video capture; use it next time, otherwise, i wouldn't say a damn thing.

Normally, I would say to keep it to yourself as it can be a losing proposition for you. However, if she is a close friend, you owe it to her to tell her, and if she is a good friend, she will take it as intended.

Tough situation, and it all hangs on how good of a friend she is to you. Personally, I would want my close friend to tell me.

I'd like to think that my friends would tell me if they saw my partner cheating on me. Your call.

You should have walked up to him in the restaurant and said hello.
