Not balding exactly, shaved head, for 20 years or so. I am painfully average looking though, unfortunately. Shaving my head was one of the best decisions I made, it can really help. Glasses can also help. I have contacts, but never use them, as the people I date almost entirely (I can think of one exception) say they like me better with glasses.
Shaved heads are very common now a days. I have seen a few women with shaved heads.
