I work as a waiter and there is one girl I work with - she's very pretty and nice. She texts me all day every day, she sends me selfies, flirting, tells me personal things, jokes that we should hook up.
But in person she acts like I'm hardly there. All the waiters went out to a bar the other night and she hardly said a word to me.
What gives?
My guess is she just likes texting me for emotional support/ego boost, or she likes me a lot and is nervous to talk to me in person.

When you do talk to her ( at work in passing for example ) does she seem nervous and shy?
