Jilly, just keep yourself busy and spend time with friends and family. You're understandably lonely but all you can do is give it time, and distract yourself in the meantime.
I haven't gotten my needs fulfilled in my relationship in a long time. The relationship is now finally coming to an exhausting end, but the problem is that I am feeling extremely needy for physical touch and just a connection. I've only been reading this forum a coupla' months.....I don't want to see another "she used me" thread or "what did I do wrong-she is ignoring me now" type of thing.
I say just go pamper yourself. Book a massage, pedicure, acupuncture, a new hairstyle, outfit, whatever.. That's a nice way of indulging your senses without the risk of getting herpes or drama.
