In terms of the weirdness factor, yeah, pretty out there for a man you're not involved with to be kissing your neck. I personally wouldn't do something like but whatever.

I never had that problem lol but the other day I had a guy grab me and make out with me. I didn't expect it and I wasn't able to breathe for a moment. He was jamming his tounge down my throat. Now a part of me was flattered that he found my beauty intoxicating but the other part didn't like the kiss without warning. There was no conversation nothing just grab and kiss and I didn't expect that at all lol so I had to push him away after.
