I'm guessing you're a man? Only some men (on this forum) think height can be replaced by good looks, bc only some men (on this forum) think those are the 2 be all end all characteristics for attracting women. I don't know any women who's list is: career, money, good in bed, height.
It's a person! One has to meet and get to know, the person then she'll decide if she's attracted!

Yep. Career and money don't have much significance in a hookup situation, unless she's the groupie type. Who cares what he does for a living if you are not going to call him again?
Guy 1) 6’0+, average looks, good personality, funny, great body, great dresser
Guy 2) 5’9 tall, really good looking, good personalty, funny, great body, great dresser
So basically if two guys were the same, but one was 6ft+ but had average looks, apposed to someone who was shorter, 5’9 but was really good looking. Honestly, which one would you pick? Also please mention how tall you are aswell as your age. thanks!
Bare in mind, both of them fulfill all your need's such as jobs, career, money, how good they are in bed etc etc.
I am a little over five feet and I'd prefer Guy 2. Being really good looking is better than being tall, in my opinion.

I had a few hook-ups about 100 years ago before they were even invented and I don't think the women (multiple but one at a time) were much interested in me as a person.
Everything about this question, starting from the way it is framed, indicates that the OP doesn't really understand women. That's a far larger factor than 3 inches in height or moderate differences in attractiveness.
