i would say encourage the guy, but be very careful with how the relationship progresses. most of the time guys like this are very attentive to their women, but they tend to move a bit too fast. also note that there are some guys like this that can become obsessive and controlling, and even abusive. if you start seeing signs of these things, walk away.
