Most major cities in NC really aren't all that backwards though. I mean, if you really wanna talk backwards, head out to BFE.

That's just wrong.

Not what I would expect to hear from a "country guy" either. It's always US against them. It doesn't matter your local. You're against everything we are for and are vocal about it. We are against everything you are for and are vocal about it. Don't cross the line in the dirt.

If you really want to know...ask how they feel about the General Lee 1969 Dodge Charger from Dukes Of Hazzard. A country guy loves it and thinks it's a badass car. The city guy will tell you how much of a redneck you are and his import is the shnit! My comeback is..."wanna race"? Then hush my child!

it depends on the person. That is all. People from the heart land Americas tends to be like those from the inner city areas. However they have a higher turn out rate. In terms of do or die. Some people live in a bubble their entire life. heartlanders have the heart that city folks have lost.

I'm a Kansas boy born and raised, though I spend some time in NC for grad school and now live in Denver. The city is better in every regards.

Also, since no one has mentioned it yet, city GALS are also better than country GALS. Women should act like women, not act like a redneck, butch, or etc.
