Refer her to a specialist, like a psychologist...or at least introduce the idea.
Do it in a polite way!
Tell her that there is nothing wrong with talking to someone and that it might do a world of good! Don't give her too much advice or ask open-ended questions...she obviously needs professional help.

You will have to just tell her rather than wimping out and not being direct. Be direct, if this doesn't work, let her know you will have to go to the supervisor if she doesn't leave you alone once you are direct.
