I used to feel the same way that you do. I'm a guy who's been called ugly more times than I can count and my self-esteem still is pretty low. When I was a kid, people used to bully me badly for being ugly. I've had a girlfriend though and I'm talking to a few girls now, I even went on a date with a girl a few weeks ago. If you would've asked me a few years ago, I would've never thought that I could do that. Those girls I'm talking about were all good looking girls as well. I used to feel resentful about women and read things online that would make me feel that way, but you have to believe in yourself and stay away from that stuff. There are guys out there who are worse off looking than you who have girlfriends. If you constantly tell yourself that you'll never date, it'll never happen. You have to better yourself whether it be through style or something like that to make yourself appealing. You're the only one who can make that choice. You may never be able to be a ladies man but there are billions of girls out there and it's ridiculous to think that there isn't at least one who would date you.

In the event you are being serious, I strongly suggest taking some of the self-help advice given here. Exercise, do what makes YOU feel good. Gotta try to get your confidence up a bit.
Idk your finances, but if you can, go to America if possible. Millions of women there, you are bound to find ONE that you click with. Be a friend, you'll make friends. Treat her the way YOU would like to be treated. Don't look for perfection- no one person, nor one collective group of people are going to be perfect.
But I can tell that American women are about as close to perfection as you're going to find; they aren't perfect, of course, but just know that Any imperfections are not THEIR fault, but rather, the fault of men's imperfections!
