The week after, he kept sending me many emails forcing me to go to hospital to give up the baby immediately, he even said if I don't do so, he will curse me forever.
Are there any laws in your country to protect yourself from such an evil soul?
i can if i contact the ministry of defense which is where he works, since he gave me many threatening message and has been forcing me to abort the baby suddenly.
if i do so, he will lose his job. i donno what other things he can do outside the military.

I would not do that. He sounds unbalanced. Statistically when a woman is pregnant she is at higher risk of being killed by her partner. Stay away from him. Good luck. If you do not live by your family move to be near them. You and your child will need their support. I am sorry you are going through this.
you think he would kill me? i worried that 2 weeks ago too, it was too sudden.
Please pray for me, it is too extraordinary.
I prayed for you.
Please understand that many of the responses you get are from Americans and our culture is different from Japan's. So the advice we give may or may not be helpful.
the legislative advice or social advice may not be helpful, but i would think they are all support to my current situation. At least I can see it from a broader view.
two weeks not met, he came back to help me to move some heavy boxes in storage....he saw my belly is getting bigger. When he left, he cried and said 'Sorry for my late decision'...

What does this mean? He's sorry he changed his mind, and decided he doesn't want a baby? Is he at least going to try to help you now, during your pregnancy? Are you living alone? Is there any chance you can move to be near your parents?
Hi all, I need help to think correctly.
I am 36, my spouse equivalent is 42. We dated for 2 years and always wanted a baby.
We planned for baby and matched timing for 4 months, finally successful. I am now 5 months pregnant. He has been thinking about baby name.
Two weeks ago, he suddenly came home, took all his belonging, left the key. He told me he cannot be family with me anymore and requested me to give up the baby immediately. he even introduced me hospital for abortion.
shocked, cruel and helpless.
The following one week, he kept sending me message and calling me said if baby is born, he will not recognise the baby. he will not see us anymore, he also said nasty thing like is I dont give up the baby now, it is cruel to the baby and him.
since few days ago, he doesn't force me anymore, indeed, he doe snot contact me.
Help, what he is thinking for the time being? what is he thinking at that moment he left home, the moment he forced me to give up baby, and now disappeared?
I'm so terribly sorry that this has happened to you. This man is scum, both for abandoning you and being so cruel.
Here's the silver lining. You no longer need to worry about his feelings. On anything.
It takes two people to make a baby. He's on the hook for child support from now until your child turns 18. There is no escaping this.
Because he has chosen to be ruthless, it's your turn. I don't know what Japanese laws are like on this count, but I would find a really good family attorney and unleash him.
