i really wouldn't consider it ghosting someone if you never even went on one date with them. flirting in a bar and then not answering their calls after you were tipsy and gave them your number? naw...i think you are good! i don't think what you did was ghosting. i can see how it was awkward to see him at the gym though! what did you say when he asked for your "real" number?
The thing was, after I texted him he got the wrong number, I got a call a few hours later from an unknown number. So when I answered, he/she hung up. I guess it was him from a different phone.
So the fact that he STILL came up to me at the gym and was so persistent, was flabbergasting to me. I didnt remember his name, I told him I am too old, I told him that I just got out of a relationship, will only break his heart, and his answer was "yes, you told me at the bar already, but I am still interested in getting to know you better."
Finally I said I am in the middle of a divorce, emotional unavailable and I need to go back to my workout.
And of course when I left the gym it turned out we parked next to each other and of course he was just getting into his car and then turned around to talk to me again. I didn't treat him very well at the bar, I don't know why he was so into me. He could date hot young, willing, single, 25 year olds instead of an old hag.
