OP, perhaps you need to date for a few more years - at least - until you actually know what you want and can make a sincere commitment even if someone "better" does cross your path. Or perhaps you have ADD - there are drugs for that.

It's always a good idea to check your GF's sister, but don't forget the mother and aunts. Who knows what delicious delights await. If, by marrying your GF, you have the potential to enjoy more than one, go for it.

Not really. Most of my legitimate relationships have come with girls who are only children or have brothers. I wonder why?

Anyways, I do have a bit of experience in this pond. At the end of 7th grade I met this girl at my school who was in 8th grade and very hot with large D cup boobs. I'll spare the details but the gist of the matter is that she was the first girl to ever give me oral sex. Just a few short months later at the beginning of the new school year, her younger sister (also very hot with D cups) was starting 7th grade and became my first legitimate girlfriend.
