I never had many celebrity crushes. Girls and women I saw in real life (classmates, teachers, neighbors, friends of my older sisters, etc) always held far more appeal to me.

Though I do recall having a thing for Linda Carter as Wonder Woman, but that was probably because I wanted her to tie me up with her magic lasso and make me tell the truth.

Freda Payne. Her biggest hit single was about a lover who slept in a separate room and never went to bed with her. Science fiction, yeah, I know.

A few years later, Donna Summer

My first sort of celebrity crush was the girl who played Scout in "To Kill a Mockingbird" when I first saw the movie at about age 8 or 9. My first crush once I somewhat understood what I was feeling was Eve Plumb from "The Brady Bunch". She was about 6 months younger than me, so she looked like the girls at school except she was on TV and had that snotty Marsha for a sister. So yeah, that was true love, though apparently unrequited

Greg Evigan when he was in BJ and the Bear (when I was in elementary school).

I don’t recall having a big crush on any specific celebrity during my teen years. By the time I was in college, I was all about Howie Long.

Dr Quinn was pretty happening

Something about a woman that fearlessly strikes out on her own. I always pick up on that aspect in women for whatever reason. It's probably confidence more than anything. A woman that is her own woman, doing her own thing, making it in life, yeah attractive.

When I was a kid, Pale Rider, The good the bad and the ugly, etc. Clint Eastwood.

Then came Mad Max, The Road Warrior, and Thunderdome. Mel Gibson.
