I have quite a few platonic male friends (at least on my side it's platonic) that I talk to frequently, but not everyday. Idk about doing it with an ex though.
Yes! He's running game and I don't appreciate it. We broke up 1.5 years ago and didn't speak for a whole year after the break up. We just got back in touch.
I don't know what he's trying to do but it sounds like a game.
Well, here's your game: "Tough tiddlywinks, pal. Not happening."
If you don't want to, don't let him guilt you or talk you into it. It sounds like he'd like to rekindle your relationship.
I don't talk to anyone every single day and I don't want to.
My ex wants to do this and claims that we would be platonic friends but he wants to talk on the phone every night (we are long distance). I don't want to talk every night, I'd rather talk less, and now he's super mad at me for not wanting to talk every night.
Do other single people do this? (not interested in what the married or LTR folks do)
Am I wrong?
The only person I knew who did that ended up marrying her friend a few years later.
