It's been said that women actually judge men more than men judge women and women are their own harshest critics. I've found that to be the case. After my first divorce in my mid 30's, I worked out 2 hours a day until I got a "hard body". I was able to get ANY woman I wanted.
Fast forward to mid 40's after my second divorce and I don't have the time to devote to sculpting my body and my luck is not as good. So it's obvious that looks are extremely important to women because I've grown as a person as far as integrity, compassion, moral compass, and other traits that women claim they like. But they use the "chemistry" excuse which I take to mean "your abs aren't washboard so I won't date you."
So, rather than jumping to conclusions I am going to ask questions to get at the heart of the matter.
So ladies please respond to this poll. Just the full honest truth okay?
It's an almost immediate spark between two people...or it can develop later.
it's something you both feel that draws you together. Could be a waitress you might briefly meet, a women you speak to in the elevator. And you both recognize it.
I would never turn down a guy JUST because he had a paunch. But there's a difference in someone with a lil belly who never gets out of a chair and someone who is active but also likes to eat out sometimes
I frankly wouldn't want to be with someone who has a chiseled physique because I know the time required for that. I like someone who can be more flexible and doesn't have the gym as one of his top 3 priorities in life.
I would be more attracted to overall fitness, health and willingness to do stuff. Someone who lifts weights at home, eats healthy and likes to hike and bike on weekends is fine with me.
Fitness is something you should do for your own quality of life, not because you think you're competing in a pageant.
FTR teeth are a dealbreaker and shouldn't even be on the poll. These days there's no excuse to be missing teeth.
Also ... "good eyes"??? What exactly can you do to change your eyes??
