Yes. In this hypothetical world, ALL men would have to take what they could get, out of a limited pool that would frequently include women that are entirely unattractive to them, since women, the aggressors, would feel entitled to approach any guy we pleased. The guys are sitting there helpless, they can't approach, they better be grateful.

More likely than not the "Super cute" guy will continue being a player like he is now because 80% of Women are only receptive to the top 20% of Men.
So I estimate a minimum of 50% of Women will have a self imposed single lifestyle and 80% of Men will be relegated to sex workers and robots while the top 20% Men have harems of Women fighting tooth and nail to be the Alpha Woman. (Hint: its already happening)
