Is looking at other women's pics on the internet cheating? (friend, feeling)

I don't think a married person should do something when they are on their own that they couldn't and wouldn't do in front of their spouse.

Frankly the OPs husband sounds like an insensetive jerk off. Its not something I would put up with for a moment.

My guess is if she has caught him doing what she describes, there is alot she hasn't seen him doing.

Sounds like a communications issue to me, at least at its core.

My wife and I are open about that stuff. We both look at it on occasion, at least now and then, sometimes even together, and we'll sometimes compare notes on what we like, but it doesn't seem to be a big deal in our case because it isn't a thing that's being hidden. I love her for who and what she is (and wouldn't have married her otherwise), and she stimulates me more in real life than a simple nude picture or movie ever could.

If there are ever doubts about that ... and there have been now and then ... we talk about it.

Okay, I'm not married, but couldn't you just say, "Would you rather look at a picture or would you rather be doing something fun with me?" Then I guess you'd have your answer on whether his hobby is a problem.

I give my wife all the attention in the world, but if looking at other women, or their pictures is cheating then im a cheater cheater pumpkin eater! Do I do it obviously in front of my wife? No. That is disrespectful, but I am also human, and EVERY SINGLE GUY ON EARTH does so even the celibate religious ones no matter what they tell you. If you don't believe that then your ignorant, plain and simple. Looking at pictures on the internet, checking out a girl in the store, looking at pictures in a magazine it's ALL THE SAME, and EVERY guy does it. Bring it on if you disagree, and I'll make you look stupid.

I do not disagree with you, in regards to men looking at at other women, however, whether you do it in front of your SO, or behind her back, its still disrespectful in my book.
I do not call it cheating however....if its good enough to do behind her back, then do it in front of her. Same diffrence.

I don't agree that it is disrespectful. I tell my wife she can look at any guy she wants, whether he is on the Internet, on TV, in a magazine, or in the supermarket. Talking or touching is verboten however.

She doesn't need to talk to or touch a hamburger anywhere when she's got Kobe beef right here.

I do not do it in front of her because it IS MORE disrespectful. Would you wanna hear your husband tell you everytime he looked at another woman? I think not, and if you do then your one in your own. Does that mean I personally lie to my wife and tell her that I never look at other women???? Nope, if she asks I tell her the truth, but it's more disrespectful to rub it in her face by comenting, or doing it obviously everytime. It's not a once a month thing for guys, it's daily, and im speaking for all men. I also believe that when that 6'2" 190 Antonio Banderas look alike walks in the women look as well, no matter what they say so don't even try to convince me.
