"I smacked my thumb with a hammer. I thought it would hurt before I did it, and it did! So now I'm going on the internet to tell everyone that smacking your thumb with a hammer hurts! And the ensuing discussion has gone for 18 pages and still has momentum!"
And I have even responded, so I'm just as crazy as the rest of you.
I wonder why we are overly dependent on dating apps. I'm not even on a dating app and I do just fine. I can meet people by going to a common interest place.
On a dating app, my chances are in the negative. LOL!!!
Hell, there's someone on here I got into a banter with that they swear exclusively by it and rejects the notion of meeting other singles in public whilst out with friends.
There have been posts on this very subforum doing this.
This isn't about being picky. Nobody cares what spammy sites you link to.
It's about thinking you're better than someone just because you don't want to date them.
I really don't think I'm better than anyone. None of that, I can understand how it may come off like that in the phrasing, but that's not my attitude. I don't believe in the idea of leagues either, but it is a reality to some people. Had many tell me, "She's out of your league, dude". Usually this is said in the context of her being a independent, high dollar figure making executive. Of course, I think when I think "leagues" I think "classes". Upper, middle, and lower classes.
People have their own definition of what "league" is.

It's amazing how you can argue the obvious and turn it into 18 pages! LOL

This, and many of your other posts, suggest otherwise.

It's why you were SO surprised that the "chubby girl" dared to reject you.
