To all of you women out there, would you wanna be with a man like this.
1. Tall with a disabled leg
2. Going to be in school until age 27
3. Going to work for a museum or historic site after graduating grad school(not much of a money-maker)
4. Quiet, but tries to be outgoing
5. Not a pet person
6. Wants to live in a condo, not a house, primarily due to leg disability.
7. Wants to travel the world
8. Doesn’t really want kids
9. Not a hard-core partier, but likes to go out and have a good time

All of these factors are of me. While I am proud of who I am, and what I aim to do in life, something tells me most women are not attracted to this. What are your thoughts about it? The reason why I ask is because I can never keep a woman past the first date.

Yes all sounds good to me. I don't want kids, love travelling. Don't care about disabled legs I can go hiking on my own. Dislike dogs and seems everyone's got one. Don't like hardcore partiers they are sometimes alcoholics. I'm sure there are women out there who feel the same.

Get out there and date if that's what you want.

It disturbs the living hell out of me that so many people these days don’t want kids. Having children is the single most beautiful thing in this universe. You are probably a very intelligent and good person. What a crying shame! Your ancestors would shame the hell out of you, you know.

It's also nice when someone has an interesting job like working in a museum, archaeology etc and is presumably knowledgeable about history.

Not all women want someone with a high paying job. I have my own career how much money a man makes isn't a concern.

Yes good qualities. You are educated and like to travel. Many women don’t want kids and don’t like pets. I live a condo myself and I love it. Your disability hasn’t been a limitation to you. Be confident and open about the things you like to attract someone with similar attitudes.

You did not list any horrid bad qualities about yourself I am unsure where your self doubt is coming from
But I do know a bit about internet dating
Which is easier finding someone who accepts the shortcoming you yourself don’t like or changing ?
Hence the strange phenomenal behavior of an ocean of eharmony 2’s looking for a 10
You make very well be a 10

Lol. Sorry ancestors. This is for several reasons... I had several younger brothers who I helped to raise, I feel I've already done a bit of mothering.

I also watched my nieces and nephews being raised and it's so hard to be a mom. So much sleep deprivation.... I could never do it. I also have a sleep disorder so I can't get up in the morning. I'd have to hire a nanny to get my kids to school and I can't afford one.

I find meaning in other things.

I also wanted to add that although people (mostly men) say that having children is the most beautiful thing in the world, what is considered beautiful is subjective. I didn't see a whole lot beautiful watching my sister in law deal with the aftermath of childbirth, screaming tantrums, diaper changes, endless sleepless nights, endless colds and flu caught from the kids. In fact it all seems pretty dreary and soul destroying. But maybe because I was imagining myself in her place and knowing I wouldn't want to do it. Probably more beautiful for the men who get their rocks off and then 9 months later a kid pops out looking like them. They don't even have to breastfeed it.

Whatever happened to people being allowed to live the way they want to? It's none of anyone's business if people have zero kids or six.

I'm a huge proponent of free will, assuming no one's rights are being trampled on.

Wow! Actually your post is what is disturbing. Stop judging others, especially stop judging people for not wanting to have children. To you it may be the most beautiful thing, but that doesn't mean everyone sees it that way. Again, wow!
