OMG, now we're all going to hell for being self centered and being like wild animals enjoying sex. Try it sometime. It will get you out of your negative attitude.

Hot Yoga...I think.
Benefits for sure, that's why the coach wanted to see the team include it in spring football. The fitness pro came to me and asked if I would be interested in teaching them. I said sure and here we are. The highlights that I think of are increasing flexibility, through the lumbar spine, hamstrings, hips and calves. It will also help them improve their ability to focus which will help them in their mental game. I was told to leave out all the spiritual "stuff"...alrighty then
The tough part is making them sit up and take you seriously at the very beginning. If you can manage that, then they'll be putty in your hands.
Just some thoughts...

Yeah that's the general concern I think with the coaching staff. One of the trainers will be there during the session and that should help. We shall see.

Just remember: age and cunning will triumph over youth and enthusiasm every time.
...especially valid I think for you 90-year-olds...

Maybe 10 years younger, but no more then that. What would we have in common? Younger guys like older women for financial reasons as well, so you would have to be careful about that. The sex would probably be pretty good though.

I to robbed the cradle, I was 35 and he was 21. Good times, LOL - I'll just leave it at that and yes it was all about the sex. Now, I'm engaged to a man who is 7 years my junior, we work well together and have a fantastic relationship and I have to admit, I've always dated younger. I love the energy level. I've dated my own age or older but always end up with the younger man. I always get guessed that I'm 10 years younger too. I find that the younger men are always attracted to me. But yes, I'm game for dating younger and I think with the right age gap, it can really work. For the record, my grandparents were married for over 50 years, she was 8 years older. How's that?
