I think its dumb when people say oh I would never be with someone younger. Never say never. Everyone is different. I've met some much older people who had the maturity level of the average 15-year old. Some people never grow up. Others mature at a very young age. Everyone is different.
As a side note, personally I think an older woman with a younger male is the ideal hetero sexual relationship for both parties. Not necessarily the ideal otherwise but on just a sexual level it is.

I have always dated women about 4 years my senior, girls just don't know what they want until they hit a certain age, same for guys but I've always been a lil ahead of my age. I'm hoping when I get to that age for marriage I will be dating someone with the same emotional maturity level though. It's not really about age but maturity.

For me personally, I can not imagine dating a younger man. My husband is 5 years older and the men I dated prior to him were typically 3-10 years older.
Even with that age difference, when I dated, I felt like the older, more mature one in the relationship. So no, dating a younger man would not have been an option for me. I like my men more experienced, more worldly, and a bit older. And to me, a men is more attractive with the look of experience on his face, than the smooth look of youth.
