The possessive form just happened to be illustrated in the example I used to show you "worth of something" used in. Oh geeze, I have to start my new job tomorrow. I've told myself to be on my best behavior until I can make myself somewhat indispensable.

This is what is known as the "bait and switch" method of job survival. Dress nice, act nice until you find something to do that no one else can do or is willing to do. Then you can let your hair down a little.

Fortunately I'll be working in an office where few people can read or write well. Let's hope my luck holds.
