If you're really serious about watching what you eat, you probably realize that NONE of those prepackaged-for-your-convenience, "This-is-the-only-diet-you'll-ever-need" plans are worth anything. Neither are diet/fat-burning/"amazing new herbal discovery" pills.
It's all simply, really: Garbage in, garbage out. Consume less than you burn. Exercise. Stay away from fake food. Eat less meat, more veggies.
