Does the Fam like You? (dating, family, friends, relations)

When you are introduced to the family members of the person you are dating does it normally go well?

Even after the first meet do you normally have good relationships with the family of your significant other?

Or do you find yourself disliking or being disliked by your significant others family... and or friends?


I find I'm always a hit with the family, but the friends can be a hit or miss.

I have always been a favorite of the family.. even to this day (after divorce) they like me... Friends.. its a little more tricky.. you have to realize you are pulling them away from their running mate and that person will no longer hang out with their friends to spend more time with you.. (not sure why that happens but it does, I for one would never want my SO to do this for me as there is more to life then just one person).
