Default My opinion of this forum

I have to say it was surprising, in a good way. Lots of you folks here are down-to-Earth people with real-life love/relationships experience. Not everybody here is nice, but there are some decent people who offer solid advice.

Also, the sheer... humanity. Broken hearts, hurt, anger, confusion, bitterness, disappointment, as well as positive traits from relationships abound here.

It's humbling and sobering... we are all scattered across the USA, from different socioeconomic, cultural, ethnic, religious, geographical backgrounds... but we really all do go through the same experiences.

OK enough drama! But seriously folks, keep it up. This is an overall mature, good board.

This forum is where every country music singer wannabe needs to be for good song material.

I haven't seen many threads about pickup trucks and dawgs in Relationships...

...or would the songwriters have to go over to Automotive and Pets for that?

Aside from the laughter that came from the funny posts before me (I was in stitches for some of them- thank you for brightening my day guys!) I have to agree with you. Not everybody here is nice- but not everybody is nice either. I love your last full paragraph ("it's humbling and sobering...")...and I agree with it the most: we ARE from all walks of life and we do all have some life experience. I am glad that you found us!

You must have missed the posts from "big dawg 1". If you ever have some time on your hands, go back and read those. Very entertaining--but you have to read from beginning to end to really appreciate it all. The first thread was something about his father dying and then he had a couple more after that.
