My daughter tells me that I get a lot of "looks" from women. I am a bit too dense in that arena and seldom notice. Only one woman has ever vocalized anything that penetrated my brain since I married, her line was "if you wanted me, you should have told me before I decided to convert to Mormonism. Now I can't sleep with you." I hadn't paid much attention to her before that, but I sure analyzed her words and behaviors after that!
According to my daughter, again, the best pickup line she has gotten from a public cold pickup attempt was one delivered to her mother....."Tell her I have a car and a job." She didn't even laugh at that, just said "hmmmm, too short" and kept going. |
