haha, well because it's pretty much true. I think it's kind of a shame, looking at Mary Kate Olsen on Weeds (I think that was the right sister, lol), she has a very cute face and is good looking in some ways, but years of anorexia or bulimia or whatever just give an overall undeveloped figure that isn't very sexy. I'd prefer a super slim girl to a super fat girl but I'd prefer neither at all, ideally. An example of a girl with a strong, athletic body that I find very sexy is Jessica Biel. You can see her arms and shoulders are quite strong for a girl, she has good musculature, and one reason that's a turn on is because she's not too muscular of course, but also girls who have some muscle and that athletic build are likely to be attractive for a lot longer because the muscle will keep off the fat. She obviously works out hard enough and trains enough to keep a nice figure and the greatest part about having some muscle is it's a lot firmer and allows you to have more calories without having to worry about gaining weight.

As soon as I was at around 165 pounds, I needed 3,000 calories a day just to maintain my weight, and if I was working out more like 3,500, or 4,000 per day to pack on more muscle. Even when I've went through stretches where for one reason or another I wasn't working out as regularly, I can still eat a lot more than most people and not gain weight because the more muscle you have, the more energy (calories) it takes to maintain it. That's one reason I'd rather have an in-shape, fit girl with a bit of muscle than a girl who thinks the key to being skinny is just not eating at all. That's not a good look, and those girls usually have higher body fat percentages since the body tends to hold the fat more, since you're basically starving it, so it puts it aside for emergency reserves.

I like a girl like Jessica Alba, perfect body.

Now I'm not saying everyone else is fat, but there's overweight then there's fat. Overweight is like significant cellulite on thighs, small fat deposits on stomach, etc. Fat is like huge fat rolls on stomach, big thighs, big butt, etc.

The Olsen twins are so ugly. Major turn offs for any person alive.
This coming from a self proclaiming gay guy?

I swear I think you two are pefect for each other.

LOL, if I were gay I bet Artsy and I would get along swimmingly. Although I have to be honest he'd have to be the bottom in that relationship. I'm too dominant and Type A personality. Sorry Artsy but you're going to have to be the bottom. lol

I can relate to this explanation. I do envy the top heavy and the JoLo bottom types. I do not work out in the gym but rather work hard in the kitchen(s) which consists of 95 % physical work and 5% common sense.

Yeah same for me as well. It's nice to see healthy celebrities who work out and do have some muscle, at least, Jessica Biel being my poster child for that because she's very feminine and attractive, but when you see pictures of her in a bikini she has more of a "full" look -- you can't count her ribs, she has actual muscle there, like a healthy person. When you see her in some movies like Blade Trinity, you see she's a strong girl, which I really appreciate. That's very sexy to me. I'll take an athletic girl any day over a toothpick. Also even if the athletic girl weighs more, she is going to have a lower body fat percentage because she's healthier. A lot of girls who are very skinny actually have higher body fat percentages because the body thinks it is starving and retains the weight easier. Plus if you go out with a girl who is athletic, she can eat normal meals and not worry about gaining weight constantly. The really skinny chicks act like if they have a salad, they can't eat the tomatoes because they'll gain weight

I like 'em both big AND athletic. And yes, it is possible to be that way.
