I have heard that men who are paralyzed can get an erection at times, its just the ending part they have a problem with since it definetly takes the ability to FEEL to get to that ending.

Men who are paralyzed can have children but I heard it required low voltage impulse of electricity.

This link also mentions that Viagra can be used by some.

I said no, because there is no feeling down there, but he argues that its just a muscle, and it could be possible. (shrugs)
quadrapalegics still get erections naturally. Young males will generally have a partial or complete erection at least once an hour that can be completely disassociated with any state of mental arousal. This still happens in paralyzed males. The blood flow is controlled locally by hormones circulating in the blood rather than a nervous hardwire, so if a paralyzed man popped a viagra, he would get an erection. He wouldn't be able to perform the "clench" maneuver, but he would be operable in the female superior position.

I don't know about orgasm for victims of paralysis, but there have been cases of men who were genital amputees achieving orgasm through foot massage years after the amputation.

If you've never taken a recreational (i.e., you don't need it but take one anyway) viagra, I highly recommend it. I won't spoil it for you, but it's a significant psychological event.

Are you talking about cGMP and PDE5?

TV commercial says..." if u have an erection lasting for more than 4 hours to call ur Doctor.
If I had a erection lasting longer than 4 hours , heck , I'd call everyone I know.....not the Doctor.

No kidding, I always get a bit of a chuckle when I read that. What a problem to have.

Well, I have to say that I'm not exactly up to date on my molecular biology. I don't know if the hormones that induce erection are the same as those that facilitate intestinal smooth muscle function, but I would assume that cyclic Guanosine MonoPhosphate plays a role in there somewhere.
