INTJ, 80-100% on all attributes, even on the extended (real) test. I personally think that although introverts might not be the most prevalent group irl, they flock to the internet to express themselves, and so we see all these infps and intjs. Could also be that those people are most likely to actually seek out and take a meyer-briggs test

What is the rarity of the types on a scale? I've seen it said that INFJs are the rarest, then that INTPs are the rarest. Which is it?

I've found that generally to be true, on both counts.
I believe another one I bookmarked at home was more "official" (MBTI), but can't find it now even on MBTI's site - Welcome to MBTI® TYPE TODAY. It might be buried in the links.
