What the heck is a Trekkie? Star track? Okay...sure why not….the movies are fun…...is he nice? Am I attracted? Does he have a job? Does he take care of himself health wise? I mean common....these are the real things girls look for...and in my opinion...Nice guys are a rare commodity these days...so when you find one that fits what your looking for, you hang onto him. The degree as to how nice a guy is really is irrelevant....it all depends on the girl he's dating. I think most women who are even worth dating are looking for a nice guy ...otherwise that just wouldn't make sense. Girls who maintain a well sought after stature are not looking for jerks and nice guys are usually not looking for “girls gone wild” so that works out perfectly….now doesn’t it??
In the other thread you said you like "bad boys" and married one.
Don't be petty now! At least it's on another thread. There have been contradictions within a thread... sometimes within a post!
which proves that sometimes women say they want one thing because "ideally" it is suppose to be the "right" thing to want for yourself but when it comes down to it true desires take over.
Which is why I take little stock in a woman who tells me what she wants, got to see on a case by case basis if she really does and action speaks more than words.

Yea I do and I did......sooooo what's your point? If you read my "bad boys" post thoroughly you would know that I do not consider jerks as bad boys......My bad boy is a sweetie and has always been one....just happens that he also carried a bad boy persona.....

Oh, you'd be surprised. Not only women do that... I've done it, too, as I also have internal fights going on. I don't think I've caught you in inconsistencies, though. You're a straight shooter!

hey this topics badboy/niceguy.........what you want............what bodystyle do you like.............
it goes on and on.
but let me take a example.Would a "nice" girl dip into a starbucks coffee in her hubby's lap then make suggestions to cars passing by?(which is totally hot BTW)A nice girl would ewwwww!that's gross, specially about the real froth.Guys don't want that kind of nice girl.
Turn it around,a nice guy would go "don't do that,it is not proper,we might be seen, and "baby I love you, your needs will always come before mine" and you know he means it.He always agrees with you, gives you your way to avoid conflict and never stands his ground even when he doesn't like something you do or say.The kind of guy that worries more about being proper and worries more about what others think rather than risk being a little bit dirty and adventurous and or think of his needs besides yours.

Dude....I married the guy....I can do whatever I want to do between his legs dang it!
Seriously though....I think being adventurous and having dirty fun has nothing to do with nice vs. not nice. Maybe we just have two different views of what a "nice guy" really is.......I don't see nice guys in the way you described, that's more like......ummmm...submissive and up tight...I see a nice guy as a guy who is confident, a guy who isn't petty, a guy who will stand up for you, a guy who puts you first, a guy who has maturity, a guy who will be there for you and support you etc.....
What any given woman wants in a guy can't be described in words especially on a forum....we are soooo diversely complicated in that area if you haven't already noticed
Different point of views exactly. There is no one real answer to these questions because diiferent views are there on the meaning.
Which is why 2 months from now thread number 5 asking "why do you like a badboy or what is wrong with a nice guy" will be made by somebody and the same different answers will be said.
