Absolutely true! I read a study talking about how kids have stable moods and everything goes haywire once they reach puberty and it remains this way if hormones, chemicals, and chemical reactions control your life. In other words, celibacy IS beneficial to one's mental health.
I reached a year and a half this month and I intend to keep it going, by choice of course!
& it's true, i've never been more focused! i guess i'm like George Costanza on Seinfeld! i'm getting everything done and i'm ahead on so many things...weird.
Probably the 5 or so weeks after the birth of each of my children was the longest I've gone!
