This evening we're out to an evening of Medieval and Modern Occitan and Catalan Music in a beautiful 18th century Music room enjoyed by Handel and Haydn in their days, which should be great... And hopefully go to Japanese restaurant afterwards too... And so far this morning I have just lent some more of my books to a little neighbour of ours ( age 10 ) who has through them discovered a passion previously unknown to her for reading. That really makes me very happy and gives me a great sense of satisfaction !

I ran a long bridge today with a friend. Whenever I work out, it makes me feel healthier which helped to make my day a little happier!
