Spent the day with my husband and son at the Water Park. Max's lips were blue by the time we left. He wouldn't get out of water! And my shoulders are all burning from the sun.
All the perks of living in South Florida.
I fried okra for my son and hubby, and I watched it rain!

I remember being a kid and never wanting to leave the pool/ocean, so that you ended up being either a wrinkled prune or a lobster. Glad Max had fun...
I covered my strawberry plants with mesh so that the little critters don't get to them first. Later I packed for a trip to Buffalo to visit friends, daughter and only granddaughter. Leaving tomorrow am. I am very excited to get there, haven't been there since last summer.
Spent the weekend with a childhood friend and had dinner and saw 2 movies Friday night. Did volunteer work this morning and ate a buffet lunch, did a little shopping and went home for the rest of the day
Today was a rare day that the wife and I are both off of work so we decided to just head on over Topanga Canyon to the beach. Then we went over to Century City mall for lunch, then stopped by my favorite Starbucks in Studio City on the way home for mochas.
