Yes, most of the "late lovers" I know are just control freaks. but my friend we love to harrass is just a goof ball who cannot get her stuff straight! We all love her though.

I hate when people call the parts dept where I work work and say this:
"Yes, I'm calling 'cause I need a part for my car."
"Ok, sir what's the year make and model?"
"Um, it's a Lexus"
"Year & model please."
"Um, can't you look it up?"
After I figure out the year & model:
"Sir, what do you need?"
"I need the part that goes on top of the curvy metal part under the car."
That weird artsy guy is nearing the top of my list.
