No not really it smells like gasoline and inexpensive brandy to me. Oh well. To each his own.

I've never tried the "dark version" what is that like? Sweeter or fresher? Softer or stronger?

I got a bottle of that too. I've gotten compliments at work wearing it as well. Masculine scent without the overbearing stank that the typical cologne has. Pleasant and sweet with some woodsy overtones.

I actually think more deoderants smell better then cologne. Hubby doesn't wear cologne anymore(probably in 10 years). I love his deoderant. I know it sounds silly, but I have friends that think the same of their husbands.

During most of my Active career I was not allowed to wear a cologne.

Now that I am retired, on days when I leave the farm I put a little 'Old Spice' on my beard.
