Or maybe it depends on whose pipe you're smoking.

On that note, an old former coworker smoked a pipe, including in his car. The inside of his windshield was a nasty tar yellow/green/brown color and smelled even worse. Thinking of that image is making me queasy right now.

On a brighter note , I just heard from our buddy LAFan. He's alive and well, if anybody cares to know. I'm a little confused as to how to make myself disappear from my own life , but we all know writing a sentence that makes sense isn't one of his strengths.

I haven't heard from LAF in a long time. Did you hunt him down on the forum? LOL, maybe he's working on his "gramma".

When I wear cologne, I wear Tommy Hilfiger. Not much and mainly to freshen up my smell in case I choose to wear a suit that doesn't really smell fresh. My DW doesn't wear colognes or perfumes much to my disappointment, but she really has some allergy/asthnma issues so I try to go easy whenever I do. My clothes are fresh generally, but you know what happens when especially a suit or something that requires dry cleaning hangs in the closet for a period of time.

In wearing cologne, I think both men and women should choose one which smells fresh and crisp on them; never rank. When I accidentally smell some fellow with a dousing of cologne who has been sweating heavily, I just about gag. And with a woman, if she wears too much, I can't get the scent off of me without changing clothes and bathing again. Not that I am embracing another woman, just being in the presence of woman. Remember Opium? I haven't forgotten that smell in all these years.
