Default Friend with benefits... how does a gal find one?

OK, so pretty much like the title says my question is what is the best way/how a gal in her early 20's finds a friend with benefits? I have had two "relationships" (if you can call FWB that) before.. problem is every guy I have ever been involved with I met through work. That just isn't going to happen at my current job.

After the past 2 years of being in a aggonizing drama filled on/off relationship with the wrong guy all I really want right now is to take care of my needs (yeah I'll admit that) and go out a little. Just not the whole commitment thing. I need my space. Seems like I keep finding the guys that want commitment. (That's why I no longer have the two previous FWB's).

How do I weed out guys looking for the same thing???

Wow - being a woman in her 30s, which means I was once in my 20s

I'd say - just through a rock and you'll hit a guy who's happy to oblige. I had a bunch of them - they are EVERY where..

You can try like Yahoo Personals too, and although a guy will SAY they are looking for a relationship - if you lay it down like you don't - I don't think you'll get much resistance.

Or if you are daring - try Craiglist.

Or go to any bar, sporting event, grocery store etc etc

Women in general don't never have problems finding a guy for just sex.

Sheesh, in my neck of the woods it's not very easy to come across anything likable even for these purposes , which is the reason I ended up importing my ex-husband from another state. Of course, I wasn't planning on a husband , but that's another can of worms... How can you not marry somebody soooo wonderful?!

Yes, as a guy I've always kinda resented that, but I guess that life.

The whole money/power sex trade off I guess.

sounds like a bad decision to me. The goal is to find guys that are reliable, mature, and into relationships...finding FWB is going in the opposite direction.

And men that are just into sex are usually even more skum-like.

Seems like one always finds what one doesn't need at the time, doesn't it...

Puh-leez! The gal is looking for someone to have some fun with and nothing more. I have no doubt that she can find a guy looking for the same thing and that does not necessarily mean he's "skum-like."

Oh how I wish I was in my 20's again, single, and knew her number
