when older women like younger men....
Do they like the physical characteristics of a man who is a "metrosexual" or no? I read an article and many women said that they love it because they are tired of their husbands who don't take care of their appearance as well as their body? I keep my haircut,go to the gym 4 to 6 times a week and have my eyebrows waxed every month and a half so they always look done

You don't have to be married or be tired of your husband to like a younger man, just as a man may like a younger woman for various reasons. I think too much attention to the physical is sort of a red flag, and I personally wouldn't dig a guy who had his eyebrows or other areas of his body waxed, but I do like a hot, young thang warming up the bedside every so often, if you get my drift.

i don't mean you have to be tired of your husband or married to like a younger man, just tired of them not taking care of themselves the way most younger men do...and yeah i wax my eyebrows but they look very natural...if i didn't i'd have a black forest on my forehead!!!

You lost me with the eyebrow waxing. I like good hygiene in a man, but when he has more beauty products than I do, it just creeps me out. I prefer more "manly" men, thankyouverymuch.

When I was a kid (granted, this was 20 years ago), my parents (corp executives) would throw company parties. The men and women (in their 40s and 50s) would come. And I always wondered why the women (wives of the oil guys) were so pretty and thin and the men were so fat and dumpy...
It appears the double standard exists a little less these days...
But I think anyone would naturally feel more attracted to someone who takes care of themselves.

The metro guys I know never ever miss looking at their reflections when passing a mirror or glass. Also most of these guys are insecure, vain, and shallow. A man who takes care of himself and the way he dresses and speaks is far more appealing.

Some metros take it a bit too far. If you ask me, metro = female wanna be. A little arm pit hair, muscles, and sweat never hurt. I like my men a bit manly.

I'm good with a man who works out, wears nice clothes and is neat and trimmed, if he works in an office or not on a construction site. A man who does that is not metrosexual by my definition. To me a metro is one who takes things further by waxing ( anything), constantly worrying about his appearance, going in for regular spa treatments, etc. Just not my thing. Give me a rugged, sweaty construction worker any day!
